Indian customers are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Currency conversion rates are applied dynamically and may fluctuate. The final amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout.
Payment
Cargovelox accepts payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods available at checkout. All payment information is processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processors. Cargovelox does not store your full card details on our servers. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
Shipping and Delivery
Cargovelox ships to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and India. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Customers in Australia retain the right to bring claims before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and applicable state consumer tribunals. Customers in New Zealand retain the right to bring claims before the Commerce Commission. Customers in India retain the right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
