Shipping Origin
All Cargovelox products are sourced from verified suppliers and dispatched internationally via tracked shipping services. Products are not held in a local warehouse. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our supplier network after payment is confirmed.

All delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the country of origin and destination.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
All Cargovelox orders are shipped with full tracking. Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@cargovelox.com.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Canada: Most Cargovelox products fall below the CAD 20 de minimis threshold for duty-free importation.
Australia: Customers benefit from an AUD 1,000 de minimis threshold. Where applicable, Cargovelox leverages the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA) to minimise duty on eligible goods.
New Zealand: A similar de minimis threshold applies for most low-value goods.
India: India has no de minimis threshold. All imported goods are subject to applicable customs duties and GST. Cargovelox displays Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) pricing for Indian customers where applicable. The customer is responsible for any additional charges assessed by Indian customs authorities beyond the estimated amount.
For all markets, the customer is legally responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country's customs authority. Cargovelox is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Cargovelox is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@cargovelox.com. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Failures and Returns to Origin
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to the dispatch origin, Cargovelox will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund less any applicable return shipping cost. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of notification, the order may be disposed of and a partial refund issued at our discretion.
Delayed Shipments
Cargovelox does not guarantee delivery within the stated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, carrier capacity, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Cargovelox is not liable for losses incurred due to shipping delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@cargovelox.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
